We ship with UPS. Within Germany, standard shipping is free from an order value of €100.00.

Cash on delivery is only possible with UPS; DHL Express no longer offers cash on delivery.

Group 1 (€25.00): Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy (postcodes 10000–50999), Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
Group 2 (€30.00): Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece (mainland only), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (all other postcodes), Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Spain (mainland only).
Shipping to other countries and express shipping outside Germany and Austria on request only.
Good to know
- Switzerland and Norway: We currently do not ship there directly. You can enter a German delivery address; a return must then also be sent from Germany. Since January 2023 we can no longer collect parcels from the customs office.
- Insurance from €500: For large and heavy items with an order value above €500.00 (for example bi-turbo chargers) we charge a surcharge for UPS shipping insurance so that the parcel is fully insured.
- Undeliverable parcels: If the carrier cannot deliver the parcel and returns it to us, you as the buyer bear the costs of the unsuccessful shipment.
