BANK TRANSFER/PREPAYMENT

When you order by bank transfer/prepayment, you will receive an email after your purchase with a link to your order overview and our bank details (please also check your spam/junk folder).

Please note that with your transfer/payment it is essential to quote the payment reference (order ID) given in the email, as otherwise we will not be able to match your payment.

Please also note that a bank transfer within Germany can take one to two working days, depending on the bank.

Alternatively, there is nowadays also the option of an "instant or real-time transfer", which you are of course welcome to use.

Once payment has been received, the goods will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.

For your transfer/payment, please use exactly the payment reference (order ID) that we have given you.
