PAYMENT METHODS

Bank transfer/prepayment

If you order by bank transfer/prepayment, you will receive an email with our bank details after placing your order. When making your transfer, please make sure that you quote the payment reference given in the email, usually the order number/order ID, as otherwise we will not be able to allocate your payment.

Please also note that a bank transfer within Germany can take up to three working days.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that lets you pay securely, easily and quickly. As PayPal forwards your payment to us immediately, we can process your order on the same day and dispatch it by the next working day at the latest, subject to availability.

Cash on delivery

When ordering by cash on delivery, you pay the invoice amount directly to the parcel courier on delivery. Your order is processed immediately and dispatched by the next working day at the latest, subject to availability. The UPS cash on delivery fee within Germany is currently between 12.00 EUR and 18.00 EUR for standard shipping and between 30.00 EUR and 59.00 EUR for express, depending on the order value and the shipping method selected.

Cash payment on collection

Depending on availability, you can conveniently collect your goods on the day of your order from our shop at Miraustr. 27-29, 13509 Berlin, and pay in cash or by card. However, please note our current opening hours:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00
