Our team checks your enquiry promptly and sends you a suitable quotation or an order confirmation. On request, we will also advise you personally to make sure you receive the right part.
You will usually receive your quotation within 1–2 hours of receipt of your enquiry (Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00). In urgent cases, we can also process your enquiry at shorter notice. Our team checks availability and prepares an individual quotation for you with price, delivery time and all relevant information.
You can collect your order in person after confirmation by our specialist department. As soon as your goods are ready, we will let you know by phone or email.

Collection is possible during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00. On request, we can also have your order ready in advance for contactless collection.
Should a part unexpectedly not fit, you can of course return or exchange it. It is important that the part has not been fitted and is in its original condition. Please contact our customer service before returning it – we will review the case and send you the correct replacement part or refund the purchase price.
No, a customer account is not strictly required to place an order. You can also order from us as a guest. However, we recommend creating a customer account, as it allows you to view your orders and quotations at any time, track the shipping status and complete future orders more quickly. For workshops and business customers, an account is also a prerequisite for benefiting from special terms.
Yes, after every order you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. It contains all relevant information about your order, such as item numbers, prices, delivery address and estimated delivery time. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
As standard, we ship our products with UPS and DHL, depending on the destination and parcel size. For palletised or freight goods, we work with experienced logistics partners to ensure fast and safe delivery.
Yes, we offer special terms for workshops, dealers and resellers. After a short registration as a business customer, you will have access to our net prices and individual volume discounts. For bulk buyers or partners with regular requirements, we can also draw up fixed framework agreements on request.
Yes, our technical team will be happy to help you with general questions about fitting or identifying the right component. Please note that we cannot provide detailed step-by-step fitting instructions – fitting should always be carried out by a specialist workshop. On request, we can also recommend certified partner workshops near you.
Of course. You can also have your order sent directly to your workshop, your customer or another delivery address. Simply enter the required delivery address during the ordering process. On request, we ship the goods neutrally, without a delivery note or logo, ideal for resellers.
All parts purchased from us come with a 24-month warranty in accordance with § 437 of the German Civil Code (BGB). For remanufactured turbochargers or DPFs, the same period applies as for new parts. Workshops and business customers may – depending on their contract – receive separate warranty terms. All our products are inspected before delivery and meet the highest quality standards.
Yes, of course. If you give us your vehicle identification number (VIN), our staff will check which spare part fits your vehicle exactly. This way you avoid ordering the wrong part and save time. You can enter the VIN directly in the enquiry form or send it by email – we will be happy to prepare a suitable quotation for you.
Yes, we also deliver our products abroad – including to Austria, Switzerland and other EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated individually by weight at current daily rates. They are based on the UPS standard rates, which ensure fast and reliable delivery. On request, we will inform you in advance of the exact shipping costs and delivery times for your destination country.
